Baithne ki hob hai still aap 30-45 min me uth ke walk kar sakti hai...lunch break me lunch ke baad 10 min walk kar sakti ya jitna possible ho..ise trah se aapki activity bina kuch jyada time die bhi bad jaegi ...2nd khane me protein rich diet lijie ,sabjiya , dale , dahi / dudh , dry fruits 5-6 , khub sara salad and fruits lijie..carbs yani ki roti rice ko thoda sa reduce kijie ...jaise agar 2 roti rice khati to 1.5 roti and rice kijie ....baki salad lijie .bhukha nai rahna hai bas smart eating habits dalni hai...junks , mitha completely remove kar dijie , oil kam dalijie cooking me...sath me walk jaisa maine bataya...kafi achha benefit padega aapke health and mood pe..jaise jaise set ho jaye routine isme walk and stretching badate jaise ....khane ko bahot nqi ghatana hai activity badani hai....food se sirf calorie nai milti nutrition bhi milta jo important hai , so aap achha nutrition lijie active rahiye.Weight loss uske result me milega ..

Weight to aapka achha hai...bas toning ki jarurat hai...pregnancy se pahle fat percentage body ka kam hota hai during pregnancy bad jata hai....aapko strenght training ki jarurat hai...ha ye exercises bhi kariye ....sath hi sath kuch exercises bata rai hu slowly start kijie ...karne ka tarika aapko youtube pe mil jaega ....exercises hai......Burpees , lunges , suryanamaskar , squats , plank(different variations ) , pushups , hip bridges , cruches , ye body weight strength training exercises hai aur highly effective hai alowly start kijie ...believe me stomach waigera bahot toned ho jaega ....i too di these exercises aur 47 ki kamar se abhi 28 ki kamar hai....Khane me refined chije chhod dijie aur oily bhi , sugar bhi bas 1-2 spoon total chijo ka mila ke .....

First check whether you have Diastasis Recti or not ...belly fula fula lagne ka kai reason hote hai....1.dastasis recti 2. Extra skin 3.loose muscles 4. Extra weight ....I have recently posted video on Diastasis recti and how you can check it at home....watch that and Check your belly first ....If you dont have diastasis then it must be due to extra weight ...eat clean and exercise try to lose extra fat ...then tummy will look flat ..I gained 20kg ...and i lost 14.2kg of it ....still my belly is bigger than before ...because i still have extra fat.....and its been 3 year on this journey so have patience too because it will take time....

Weight reduction need calorie deficit .If you do that then definitely weight will reduce .2nd these exercises are good for strengthening core muscle and leg muscles .So yeah you can do it now

Belt sirf belly ko support provide karta hai ....delivery ke just baad uterus bada rahta aur slowly kam hota hai jisse fula hua pet bhi automatic kam ho jata hai...1 ya 1.5 month baad jo fula sa belly dikh raha ho fat ki wajah se hota hai ....jo ki breastfeeding karne se body fat reduce karti aur slowly belly bhi kam hota jata jaise jaise overall weight kam hota.....aur agar overall weight jyada hai to belly bhi rahega hi....usko hatane ke liye aapko apna fat body ka kam karna hoga through exercise and food ....

Dear it depend on your recovery .My physio started exercises 2nd of delivery .But he has seen me in person has talked with gyne about my condition and recovery .Then only he recommended .I dont know your condition so i cant tell you to do it .3 months is very safe time...You can do walk as per your capacity

Ha ye exercises aram aram se start kijie sath me 30 min walk kijie...weight loss karne me 80% role food ka hota hai aur sirf 20% exercises ka.abhi aapka baby hua hai to khane ko bahot hi healthy and nutritious rakhiye.isse aapko weight loss me bhi help hogi...ghee waigera 2 teaspoon se jyada mat lijie....milk bhi skimmed milk hona chahiye aur fruits , salad , vegetables , dal mutthi bhar mixed dry fruits daily lijie...roti chawal 2 roti per meal se jyada nai rice bhi 1 katori bas.namkin , biscuits , ya bahar ka khana sab junk food hai , sweets waigera bilkul nai lena hai ...aur sath me koi bhi 30 min exercise kijie ya walk kijie....bas

1 month me nai hota dear...Weight loss takes time...eating habits change Karna hoga aur jyada se jyadaa active rahna hoga....walk kijie exercise kijie...aur khana healthy nutritious khaiye ...abhi jitna kha rai usse food ki quantity reduce kijie....time lagta hai result dikhne me...aur tummy ko sirf kam nai kar sakte weight loss puri body ka hota hai...pregnancy ke pahle kitni fir thi ye ispe bhi depend karta hai...for example mai pregnancy se pahle bahot slim thi hanesha se hi...eating habits bhi healthy hai exercise bhi regular karti hu.....5-2 ht ke sath 54kg wt tha...pregnancy me kafi weight gain hua aur mai 75 kg pe pahuch gye....delivery ke ek month baad mai 68kg ki thi aur tummy kafi fula sa tha jaise 5-6 month pregnant hu...exclusive breastfeeding karti hai....aur active rai jab mera baby 10 month ki hui mai 64 pe aa gye...uske baad jab baby ka 1st bday tha mai 62 pe aye ....1.5 saal ka baby hone pe mai 59 kg ki hui....aur weight reduction ke sath sath mera pet kam hota gya...abhi bhi mai feed karati hu beti 2.5 sal ki hai....aur sath hi sath exercise ghar pe hi karti hu regular walk bhi karti hu...sath hi khane ki quantity thode si reduce ki hu....aab bhi mai apne pahle weight pe nai hu....54 tha pahle bahi 59 hu to 5kg aab bhi mai pahle se jyada hu ...but ideal range me hu to tension nai...54 bhi hoega time lagega...weight loss is a long journey which you will achieve with dedication and discipline .You have to be active whole day do 1 hr exercise eat healthy no junks ..some times eating junk is ok but only sometimes not every week.control the portion ....it will happen gradually ...
