Potato Bread is the tastiest I've ever eaten! No oven! Anyone can do it. Bread baked in frying pan!

No Oven, No egg, Soft and Fluffy. Potato Bread baked in frying pan, Anybody can do it. I've been doing it for 10 years, it has never misled me! The recipe is very easy to prepare, and does not require specific spices and ingredients! This recipe makes 10 flat breads.
Potato Bread recipe ingredients:
6 grams (2 tsp) instant dry yeast
10 grams (2 tsp) sugar
150 ml (3/5 cup) warm water
450 grams (3 cups) flour
10 grams (2 tsp) salt
150 ml (3/5 cup) warm milk
45 ml (3 tbsp) olive oil
700 grams of potatoes
100 grams carrot
small bunch of green onions
1/2 tsp salt
15 grams (1 tbsp) unsalted butter
olive oil
some dill
The glass I used is 250 ml.

Just made this. Soft, fluffy, and flavorful! My twist was to mix in parmesan cheese, sauteed onions, and garlic. I then dipped it in homemade organic marinara sauce that I made yesterday. Delish.

Just curious: Did you add the parmesan to the dough or to the potato mixture? It seems we have the same taste because when I watched this video I immediately thought of dipping the bread in marinara sauce!

I applied your filling ingredients for a Russian pie called Shanishki, having it all sautéed except for the potatoes adding a beaten egg and sautéed onions with parsley. It turned out 😙👌🏻. Then I remembered the Indian stuffed potatoes and so I made it again adding sautéed onions, chopped cilantro, jalapeños and a piece of garlic to your filling ingredients followed with a dash of freshly toasted and coarsly ground coriander seeds and it turned out😍👌🏻. Robust with flavor I almost bit my fingers. 😅
