I do not have an "instant pot", but own a electric pressure cooker and I LOVE it! I've had mine for about as long as you have had yours. I too need to use mine more often!

Perfect !! I love this ! ... Especially when I have my whole stove top in use. I just pop my veggies in the Instant Pot, shortly before eveything else gets done....then BOOM ... everything gets ready all at the same time. Nothing gets cold. Thank you for sharing this video. !! :)

I found you through Indigo Nili and Jen Chapin. I have been cooking in instant pots since Dec 2016. My first was a 6 quart duo. I now have 4 others. I love them so. So easy and enjoyable way to cook. Your recipe sounds interesting. I may try it. My family likes carrots and loves potatoes.

Nili sent me 😊 I got my first instant pot a month ago and love using it! I want to find more ways to incorporate it into my kitchen. Sometimes I find myself cooking things in the oven or on the stove that easily could be done in the IP! Something to get used to for me.

You poured the potatoes right out of the bag? No rinsing? Sorry, that is not good. Also carrots , even out of the bag should be rinsed off. Herbicides, Insecticides and fungicides are always present on bagged vegetables --except for this, excellent demo--thanks
