do you have any tips on how to tell if its boiled enough? my boba pearls were a bit bigger because i have a bigger straw, and i boiled them for around 17 minutes, stirred them all of the time, but they still came out raw and powdery on the inside. are there any visual hints that pearls are ready to be taken out? still surprised that my first time dough didn't burn, so that's a win! awesome recepie and instructions are very clear except for that one part, hope you can help!

You have to test one boba and cut it to see the inside. When rolling the pearls do not dust too much potato starch .I suggest to make small pearls. Thank you.

So I tried this yesterday and am retying again today but when I did it yesterday I think my dough went kinda in between a medium and soft dough but iver all it still worked. Had a similar enough texture to the standered boba and was pretty happy with it over all trying again today in Hope's it may turn out a little more like yours. I also after mine we done did mine in a brown sugar si.ple syrup and it turned out really good in that...deff somthing I'm gonna he playing around with a bit for sure! I added mine to just a bit of vanilla milk I made and it Ted like crembrule

THANK YOU FOR THE RECIPE! but please, it needed way more potato starch (´;ω;`) or less water, I measured everything accurately but it was still sticky and I kept having to add potato starch
