chilli flakes 1 tsp
Garlic 5 clove
Parsley 1/2 tsp
Oregano 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste

Washed potato Skin is healthy, crunchy and helps to hold it’s shape 😋

Oregano, rosemary, thyme,parsely all herbals anu. Local supermarketil small bottles available anu. Ithinte malayama words undo ennu ariyilla except parsely (ayamodakam).

As O. George mentioned oregano, parsley etc are herbs available in most of the supermarkets. . But will definitely consider your suggestion of saying all ingredients in Malayalam whenever possible. Thank you 🙏😊
