When you need a yummy side dish, this is a fast and yummy choice. I have never heard a person say they didn't like it. My only problem with these are figuring out how much to make because your family will keep coming back for more.

Made these last night about 2 hours after stumbling onto your video. I used a 9x13 stoneware (naturally non-stick) casserole dish so omitted the oil. Amazingly easy recipe! Superbly delicious. Simple cleanup, even with baked on cheese. Not one morsel left. Didn't have Romano so just used shredded Parm cheese. Tossed in some chives too. Thank you for making me look so clever. I did give you the credit! :) however. :)

These look delicious! Surprisingly my overgrown garden has some potatoes in it that survived. Their tiny but Hey! Might have enough to make a small batch of these with my homemade broth I have in the freezer!

These were great but I had to cook them for an hour before they were done. Made a smaller batch that was 9x9. Tasted yummy once they were done.

These are good... I have also made these potatoes with a kick, after you cook your potatoes... take some cooked diced chicken, put in your favorite buffalo sauce add to the potatoes add some crumbled cooked bacon, mix in the potatoes, add cheddar cheese on top, put back in the oven let cheese melt. Eat with ranch or blue cheese dressing.

you can make your own lipton onion soup mix using dehydrated onion and beef base. I use the beef base I get at Costco.
