I've really enjoyed playing Old World and I'm really happy to see some content for it. Just a heads up you should consider appeasing Assyria and Babylon, they're not pretty happy with you and seem to have a decent army right next to your border already (including archers. elephants and spearmen). Looks like you're about to get jumped, by Babylon at least.

I am really appreciating a look at a game that is nearly a mix of civ and something like Europa Universalis which is just far far too much for what I personally feel capable of and its turn based, which is really cool. I am looking forward to see the rest of the series!

Centralization is based because it lets you build farms on marsh, and what the game doesn't straight up tell you is that the marsh farms also produce a small amount of wood income in the early game that is worth so much money

I think Jim’s landing spot depends on the severity of the punishment for sign stealing from the NCAA. I think a 1 season+ ban would push him towards the NFL. A lot of open HC jobs, but also a lot of great coaches also looking for head jobs. I personally think he might wait it out one more year before jumping back into the pros.
