I have no doubt that Potemkin is strong, but we have to also look at Sol, Slayer, and even Ramlethal for they hold back a tremendous amount of power themselves. The red tags on Ramlethal's swords are implied to be her own limiters so to speak, so we haven't seen her fight her hardest in story mode...yet. Sol also has been getting stronger as the series progresses but he was getting closer to becoming a complete monster and lose control of himself as Dragon Install constantly worsens his Gear Cells.

I know Rev and Strive and the games after XX and reload have attracted alot of new fans and I am grateful for it before it's one of my favorite series but I think new peeps need to go watch the old instant kill montages and just read up on some of the old lore and realize that Potemkin's armor LIMITS his power and it's stated in his story. And during his instant kill in XX he vaporizes his limiting armor by FLEXING and proceeds to just proceeds to one punch you while yelling MAGNUM OPERA.
