Gorgeous, fun, concise, smooth, informative. Especially the way you indicated the small space and the wall using that shadow effect just to show people how easy it is to do just about anything

I really like it. It clearly shows at what point in the routine we are, and also how long it takes until the next exercise starts (I like that it is shown with dots :) ). I love the concept of using different flows, they really help to tune in with the body and to feel good. Plus they are creative :). I would love to see more of this, I do however hope you will also continue to share spoken videos with us, because I love those as well. Keep up the great work and thanks for all the lovely content you guys put out.

I love this format. Really nice to have the full sequence in fast forward before each ones. Also really interested in morning routines. A video of a warm up routine before stretching could be nice. Ty for the video.

Love this format, the routine and the music! Thanks for sharing those awesome videos 🙏 I do only get upper back pain doing the windmill reach...around the scapula is my generally weak point for back pain though. Any possible modifications to make it easier? Or just don't do it?

Loved this! I thought the intro would be cringe but it wasn't and actually made me want to do it. Good acting! The complex movements were a game changer, not just back and forth. Surprisingly, my favorite was the "get up sit down" ?? Idk it was fun to freestyle a little. It went by so quickly, and I liked the mindfulness with the last pose.

Yeah! I really like the intro because being tired whenever wake up and the excuse " I don't have time" are what i usually do in the morning. I have just finished the rountine. Feel fresh and comfortable. One more thing i would like to say is i have many difficulties to do most of these exercise due to low mobility and flexibility🙁

This was a great routine in terms of exercise versatility & variety but the limited cues was very distracting for me. I found myself too focused on trying to emulate your form in the video rather than enjoying my own practice of the exercise or breathing. For improvements to a future video that incorporate more intermediate movements like this I would recommend at least some verbal cues with the example video before the exercise or during. Otherwise, solid video! 🖤

It suddenly came to my mind. But I think you should do a full body resistance band only workout routine. It can be 15 mins. Btw always been a fan of your videos ❤️❤️

I like your videos for me they re the best , i stop doing stretching and working out for some months because i hade these injuries in my knee and my shoulder ; now i feel better i turned back to the sport for almost a month ago but i m doing just an re-education excercices after this month i m going to get in my old routine progressively but : OLD ROUTINE and FAULT MOUVEMENT led me to these multiple injuries so ; I WANT A SPECIAL TRAINING OR FORMATION VIDEOS THAT YOU CREATED BY YOUR OWN BASED ON WHAT YOU EXCERCICE DAILY TO GET A BETTER RESULT A BETTER SHAPE STEP BY STEP IF YOU DONT HAVE THESE TYPE OF FORMATION , MAY YOU REFER ME TO THE RIGHT PERSON WHO DO THESE TYPE OF TRAINING GUIDE VIDEO . have a good day , peace .

hey SIR !, i don't know why but I'm having wrist pain during handstand pushups even after a lots of warm ups and yes I'm consistent since 2month 🙂🙂. is it normal to have pain???❤️❤️

Hey! Wrist pain during handstand pushups is common, but persistent pain is not normal and could be a sign of an injury or strain. To reduce wrist pain, warm up thoroughly, modify your hand placement, build up wrist strength gradually, and rest and recover. If the pain persists, consult a medical professional for proper diagnosis and treatment.
