I think his stock would go through the roof if he were to finish someone on the ground. But of course, if it would make him feel like he's betraying himself, it won't satisfy him. But is it better to betray yourself and win, or remain true to yourself and have your face battered, with potentially long-term results? One should always stay true to themselves, but you only get one body, and survival is the driving instinct of all species, so no real shame in doing what must be done to survive in there.

@otrebogir33328 күн бұрын
I agree with the pressure point. Khalil did his best work initiating combat. With that said why ever he slowed down I can’t imagine how difficult/dangerous it is to hold to that simple premise. Khalil lost but did not get beat. His performance was only out shined by Poatan’s experience/knowledge. And Poatan was only out shined by Khalil never giving up his chin. He lost but didn’t get beat. At some point he must’ve reasonably known he would lose but never stopped trying to win. Alex had to earn his victory but could not claim his heart. Powerful performance

Hell yeah thats what real hard work takes you. The talent of Alex is still quite too much too soon but hell yeah, he surely narrowed that gap - huge credit for Khalil there for throwing a really competitive fight against arguably the best striker in the world right now. Truly a story for us average joes can relate to, we are inspired with regular people going through extraordinary measures to achieve great things.

Well between the round alex told glover he was going to make khalil tire, I understand portuguese. Even if khalil had more gas he would still lose, because alex had a read on him, everytime alex throw the jab khalil just blitz 1 and 2, all alex did was bait with jab slip 2 and counter, alex was in control of the fight, all khalil did was rely on the blitz, he wasn't a big problem tbh, was still good performance tho
