Pour water into the peanuts and better than meat! A healthy and delicious recipe
Ingredients and recipe:
Pour 300g peanuts in a bowl
Pour water
Wash the peanuts
Strain the water out of the peanuts
Soak them for 15 minutes
After 15 minutes
Place them in a pot
Add 500ml fresh water
Add 30 dried peppercorn, 3 dried star anise, and 1 cinnamon stick to the pot
Chop 6 slices of ginger
Also add that to the pot
Chop 1 green onion
Add 1tsp salt
Cook for 30 minutes on medium heat
Pour water into a pot
Add a bit of oil
1/2tsp salt
Chop 90g carrot
Add to the pot
130g celery
Cook for 2 minutes on medium heat
Strain the vegetables
Pour in cold water
After 30 minutes
Strain
Pour the vegetables in the peanuts
Add salt and black pepper
Pour in sesame oil
Mix well
Done!
