HI Henrey! So... I don't remember the exact dates but It was about 3 - 4 months apart from each other. In Korea, before the CV drop there was an agency that held their own interview. At the actual interview in Korea, I remember someone telling me it was about 900 people (believe it or not). There were about 1 boy in ever 10 girls. In KL it was about 600 give or take. I remember there was less boys in KL, hardly any. There was like 1 boy for 30 girls I think... During group interviews I saw more guys and the ratio changed to about 1 ever 10 girls. I am just considering about to apply or just wait for another open day to be more prepared... Because i heard it has to be 6months spare before we can apply again(if we are rejected). But if your waiting period to 2nd application was under 6months spare then i will go the open day this month...

Hi unnie! It so sweet of u to share this! So when u said the first time u tried and u didnt make it, on your second time, u said it was a couple months later ... according to the website, they said u may try again 6months later if u didn’t pass the assessment day ... so the question is on your second time that u pass did they ask you if u have reapply before or do u think they have a system to check?

i dont think they have a system to check unless you have made it to the final interview. The first time I tried i failed at CV drop so it wasnt a big deal when i tired again. :)

Hi! hm... this is a tough question. During my assessment it was really strict and we measured both height and arm reach. I have heard stories of people only being measured by their arm reach so.. I think it is worth a try! :)

Thank you so much! For my interview, the assessors were really strict with height. I have heard some rumors that some assessors are more strict with your arms reach (212) so I am not so sure what to say about your height. Sorry... But i recommend attending an OD. Not to say what is better or worse, but for me an OD seemed like a better opportunity to show who i am in person and give a positive vibe to my resume. :) I hope this helps!! GOOD LUCK !!!!!!!!

Hi, I've come to an OD before and they were very strict with the height, after spending for about 6 hours + (Cv drop, first group discussion) and then they wanted us to measure our height and do the arm reach test, some of the people were asked to go home because they didn't reach the requirements.

You need to be able to reach 212 cm bare foot. There are other great airlines who accept shorter girls! :) hope this helps

Hi, Im currently 17 years old and I will hopefully apply to emirates when im 21, im a guy and im 190cm (6’3). I know some airlines like british airways have Maximum height which is 6’1 but does emirates have the same? Will they not employ me because im too tall? Or did u notice alot of very tall guys

Wow! that is so tall!! But there are a lot of tall guys in emirates! 190 wont be a huge problem but if you grow taller than that, it could be a bit difficult for you since the air craft is not very spacious for tall people. I am pretty sure emirates don't have a hight limit on being too tall, and emirates don't operate the small aircrafts anymore. But again I'm not 100% sure on this!

Yes! it should be fine as long as its not to the point you would need medical attention. :) The problem is brace, they don't allow braces or invisi-line (the clear braces) of any sort. hope this helps
