not many people really understand what chefs do behind the kitchen and how much work it gets to be consistent and create flavour, love the pov series

Chef Kane seems like a great guy to work for. Both Calm AND polite during service. Woah

@@CheeseerinesEven so, if he weren't that way you would still see it. People forget when they are wearing cameras for a long period of time 🤨

Whatever he heated up at the start was pointless to do with how long it took to plate it all up. Bet that puree was nearly at the stage of having a lovely skin on it, slowest plating I've ever seen. I've worked in 3 rosette aiming for a star doing similar sort of food and we'd have got our heads kicked in for taking so long lmao

Not sure it would have all the awards it has if it served cold food 😊

Not much precision with the tweezers and being used for everything in multiple dishes. We only ever used them for garden flowers!

Why is he doing all the work, he should be expediting instead of being all over the kitchen. I think the chefs behind him could be doing some of the plating or taking the initiative or he needs to delegate more, better. Something ain't right. Food looks good though.

Everyone of these POV videos are just slowest services ever. If you’re gonna copy Fallow, give us their 700 cover rush. I just watched a man dress a cabbage for 5 minutes whilst the rest of the dish spent a decade coming up to the pass

Love Fallow POV's and have eaten there too but you can't really compare that to this Michelin star operation.
