I believe one of the reasons is there's no American who is competing in MotoGP. Also, it's motorcycle racing. The AMA series barely gets attention in USA. F1 just started gaining traction in USA about five years ago. Now celebrities are showing up on pit lane because it's the next closest thing to sitting Courtside at the Lakers game or having a seat at Wimbledon.

It was pretty old tech, from launch control earlier on modern ECU and electronic stuffs era. The way it works pretty much similar with TC tho.. Is the motorcycle very low to the ground or the rider is very tall? But on second guess I've noticed the there is very little clearance from the belly pan to the ground. I don't think the road going version is really that low.

GP pattern is N-1-2-3....and so on. So he was in neutral and shifted "up" into first.
