@@lukenolan3304 exactly right. You have a great attitude and are fair. I hate those that run their mouth and act like this dude sucks. Sure, he’s not the fastest on the planet or making the most complicated food. But he’s good, efficient enough, seems to take pride in his work and makes decent Americans diner food. I’d rather watch this than a 3 Michelin star chef, although I like those too, any day.

Its the practice and a set menu. He has perfected the menu. Places that have 100 menu items need a whole team. This dude perfected what he needs to make. A small menu keeps it moving. The more the menu items the more staff needed, this is why small business places don't have 100 different things on the menu.

Ok kids listen up. There are people in this country who believe that people that work certain jobs don't deserve to make a livable income from that job. "Well, he's just a line cook at a family restaurant. It's not a real career". Trust me, you can't do what this man does with the skill he has to do this, and neither can I. THERE ARE NO UNSKILLED JOBS. Dude should be making $25+ an hour straight up. No matter where in the country he lives. Workers unite!!

Reflecting on this job, I am still in awe of the level of precision it demands. Ultimately, I transitioned to a different career path due to the low pay, long hours, lack of benefits, and challenging work conditions. It’s astonishing that this role doesn’t offer at least $35/hour given the constant workload and intense physical demands. The job requires complete focus, with no downtime, and involves being hunched over for extended periods, which takes a toll on one’s body. I genuinely admire the structured approach and organized system this individual has created. It’s a well exactitude dance.

Salt & pepper is on the tables for the guests to use at their discretion. The oil is Ventura Phase Gold Premium Pan and Grill Shortening Coconut Oil. I hope you are not as confused af anymore.
