Have you used a Powder Pro Plus? How did you find it to use?

My OH bought me one for Xmas. I'd never seen one before and wasn't sure how much I'd use it but it's been really useful and I'm sure I'll use it more often as I practice with it. Thanks for the video, it's given me some new ideas already 🙂

@@sallycurtis3485 well done to your other half! I'm pleased to hear you've found it a useful tool and we've sparked some new ideas too. We have another project video coming up soon where Jill has used it for flamingo legs and waves in the sea! What a mix! Thanks for watching.

In Australia we have NOTHING! It’s so sad seeing how many fantastic products there are for well America first but the UK and Europe so spoilt for choice.

@@annettepayne822 that's frustrating. I guess you can get stuff shipped but the cost and timeframes probably make it cost prohibitive. 😒

They are an invaluable tool. Once you have one you wonder how you ever coped without it. I've heard that they are very difficult to obtain now. Many people have found no stock of them at their normal suppliers. Not sure why. Hope you manage to locate one.

I watched a couple of minutes of this video a couple of days ago and knew I had to have one! The version you have does not appear to be available in the US. Delphi Glass carries the Powder Vibe and I just received mine yesterday. This is made by Bearfoot Tools and I ordered the extra tips from there. Anyway. A video on Bearfoot Tools spoke about dividing the broad tip dispenser with a tiny strip of tape to make a double line of powder. I thought you might like to know about this if you don’t already. I really enjoy your videos and always learn something. Thank you for sharing

In fairness it does depend on what device you are using to watch KZbin. Smartphones are sometimes tricky to view the description information contained under the video. It's much easier on a desktop computer.

I just discovered you and love your videos! I've subscribed now and rung the bell (another thing I didn't know about, sad to say, but something else I learned from you videos! :-) Now, I want a powder pro! How does it do for writing things on glass? Or, do you do something else if you want to do lettering on glass? If so, is that already a video? If not, could that be? ;-) Thanks for doing such wonderful videos!
@FiredGlass3 жыл бұрын
Glad to hear you found us and subscribed, thank you. The Powder Pro can be used for lettering for sure providing you have a steady hand. It can do fine lines, tracing so lettering is certainly possible.

Definitely a handy tool but pretty spendy for all that it is. Plus it's another $30 for the extra tip set. Thanks for the intro and idea!

I guess you factor in how much you will use it. Infrequently then sure very expensive. Frequently then perhaps a better proposition.

Our tips came from the same supplier where we got the Powder Pro Plus (P3) from. The Powder Vibe is a different product, so not sure if the tips are interchangeable. Best speak to your supplier in your area as I don't know where in the world you are based.

Where can I purchase the powder pro?
@FiredGlass3 жыл бұрын
Hi Rita, not sure where in the world you are based. We're UK based and we can get it from WarmGlass or The Creative Glass Guild to name a few. Google is your friend. Search for Powder Pro Plus P3 and locate a supplier near you wherever you are in the world. Check on the tips you get with it, they used to supply it with three tips, but now it's often just the one and you buy the others as a separate pack.
