Your enthusiasm for the topic is evident. I have a Bosch cordless lawnmower and its the best machine I have ever owned. If my hedge trimmer was cordless, I'd miss that 'pop' noise followed by silence as I again cut through the cable, but when it gets so short as to be unusable, hopefully I'll upgrade to match my drills.

Come on Wine Nut! Let Keith wear his 'lucky shorts'. I am sure he has his reasons that these shorts are his 'lucky shorts'. In high school (back in the mid sixties) , I had a pair of 'lucky orange socks'. This was back when only black or white socks were considered acceptable apparel for young men. I took a lot of ribbing from my friends, but these were my lucky socks and there are reasons that a man needs a little help to get lucky.

Hi Keith, I don’t normally watch this type of video, but was interested in the Bosch hoover. A big thank you, was impressed with your first use review, especially how quiet it was compared to a corded hoover, and as we have just taken on a Romanian rescue dog, who is very nervous around loud noises, this seemed perfect, so we purchased one and she will stay in the same room when we use it and not get anxious or run away, it also hoovers very well, so we are very impressed with it, and use it every day due to the ease of use. Thanks for doing this video it’s helped us a lot.

Nobody really want's to buy a seperate battery pack and loader for each tool etc. What I don't get is this: Why not go all the way? It's about time these batteries were standardised for all companies; after all, the innards are all the same but the different companies put them in different cases to tie you to their brand/product lines. We are all used to AA, AA etc for small items so a universal battery standard would be so good, and would save having to chuck out perfectly good tools when you can't get a new battery because it's been discontinued. Some nice tools shown here too, the Bosch washer would be particularly useful for me as I can't get a hose round the front of my mid-terrace house

Well done for getting support for the channel, in this day and age you have to take it where you can get it so I fully support what you're doing :) I used to use Bosch all the time as I always considered them to be one of the better makes, but after a couple of the batteries for their cordless items failed ridiculously fast, I switched and now almost all of my tools are Ryobi, with most on the one platform, which is similar to these. To be honest its good to see these companies making it so you don't need to spend a fortune buying different batteries for different tools :)

Keith, I liked this video. These tools were ones that are sure to appeal to the average DIY homemaker. I hope that this marks the beginning of a move into cooperation between tool companies. It's certainly difficult to be tied to one brand of tools because the batteries and chargers won't interchange between companies.
