How long is a power nap? About 20-30 minutes. It can increase your energy in a short period of time and will do wonders when you have tons to do.
However, one of the problems people encounter with power naps is that they sometimes wake up much later than they intend. Or sometimes, people take a power nap and wake up feeling a little groggy.
A good solution around this is to consume some coffee right before your power nap. Because caffeine takes about 25-minutes for the full effect, you'll wake up feeling refreshed. This is a quick way to make the best use of a power nap so you can get more done.
