As a black kid I felt like you did a great job especially with the scene of the kid getting shot and the choice of music of how it feels to walk into a all white neighborhood or city and feel unsafe. Feeling like you may get shot, hung, beaten up, stabbed all that stuff. And I don’t know if you did this on purpose but having the Asian Man in the store right outside seemed like you were referencing the George Floyd murder. I did feel like some things were weird like the Star Wars references. And also the black guy with the boom box kinda felt like a token but you probably didn’t mean to portray him that way. I did really like this because there’s a lot of symbolism and you did reference recent events. Good job Leo and thank you.
