At 0:39 - The closed caption doesn't distinguish between when you say "If you can't feel the difference" or if you CAN feel. They both say "can't" and I cannot distinguish the difference in the audio either. SO which is it? Do we WANT TO FEEL a difference when we walk around or do we not? I am unclear as to the goal you want us to achieve. In other words - which is better - for us to feel a difference or not to feel a difference?

The customer service for this company is so terrible. They are all over you until you make a purchase and then you can’t get anyone to help you use the thing. My salesperson was so rude to me when I tried to ask her questions after I bought it and when I finally had my one on one help session the trainer was supposed to send me a bunch of info and never did.

Try mini trampoline bouncing available at many stores even good will as a place to start if healthy learn fast tai chi movements and other movements done quickly for reflex improvement like boxing speed drills if this doesn’t work pick up this machine only my opinion and i have tried it yet
