Great Video! Always wondered what the proper bar path was. The slight arc upwards makes sense, especially with forcing the elbows out and the back arch.

chesticles mark not breasticles bro.lol. i ordered the elbow sleeves 2.0's i hope i got the right size i got a 5.5 cause my crook of my elbow is 11'' and the info on the 2.0 is different then the regular stretchy sleeve. so idk, hope i followed the directions right! i think its saying the 2.0's dont have much stretch if any! witch is awesome for elbow pain! i cant wait to get back to my tri-workouts... i just hope its not lose
