In the video have the wiring diagram and the colors that I hook up to. Look for the wires going to the motors.

I just front probe into it with a harness that I had. You may have to back probe it if you can't get it through the front

No, you don't. Unplug the seat harness, and look for the wires going to the motor. Use the 9v battery to move the seat where you would like it to be. Switch the leads around to go the opposite way.
