Power Steering hose leak

I have something similar to deal with today. My line has a cloth braid over it and the fluid seems to be seeping thru the hose and wicking down the line to the lowest point of the line then driping from there. Very strange.

For some weird reason my power steering hose was catching on fire and and a lot of white smoke came out and it smelled like a burned Electronic and all my dash board lights were flickering
