I know they don’t owe it to anyone to do so, but if they do decide to reunite semi-full-time with Seth Gilmore (or someone else with a similar vocal delivery as Riley), I would not take it for granted to see them live. Seeing them perform together here gives me great hope to potentially see more shows from them. Riley’s legacy will never be forgotten and deserves to be honored like this.

Such a great way to honor Riley and Power Trip. It was a bummer some folks tried to make it about themselves and not focus on what the living members feel; like we all do. A part of something much larger than themselves in OUR Power Trip family. An outsider would look at this and see chaos and brutality. What they don’t see is the care and respect the fans show each other and the band while moshing it hard AF. Someone goes down everyone rushes to get them up. Words can’t describe. I never heard of these guys until a few years back when I saw them open up for Cannibal Corpse. Very rarely do I get blown away by an opening band and these guys blew me away. They lit up the entire club and I would say beat out CC with their energy. I saw a lot of people wearing Powertrip t-shirts that left after they got done playing and didn’t even go for CC. I was an instant fan of them and was really bummed out when I read that Riley died.

@@kingcude7317 slam dancing is the windmilling and kick backs people do. While Power Trip do fall into the hardcore scene, I guess, seeing this as a just a pumping mosh pit is awesome. The modern slam dance pits, genuinely, are awful, people just get hurt, way worse than bumps in a "mosh pit"
