I was planning to stay mindful of my oxalate intake, take collagen with milk, D3 + K2 and 70g+ of protein per day. Fast 18 hours twice a week and regularly stimulate bloodflow to my bone with cardio or heat. This is the general thing I want to shoot for and close to what I have been doing lately anyway. Edit: Not sure if anyone will ever read this but epsom salt baths! It gives you magnesium to balance out high calcium intake without the stomach issues. Plus, vitamin C aids in collagen synthesis. Collagen essentially forms the framing of your bones for the minerals to stick on so it is important.
