My life spiralled into a complete mess from an early age. I struggled with:
-Ever increasing fatigue and muscular pain
-severe anxiety and depression
-brainfog
-developed autoimmune disease
-in a toxic environment and relationship
-addictions to instant gratification (Video games, porn, TV shows)
-got to nearly 16 stone and looked dreadful. I could not even recognise my self.
-demolished self worth and self esteem
-body dysmorphia
the list was endless... my future looked bleak. At rock bottom I prayed to God as I had nothing left. I prayed for guidance and an opportunity to turn this around and it was given to me. From that day forward i dedicated myself to health and spreading the word on the truth. I'm incredibly passionate about health, mental health, relationship health... everything that allows us to live a happier life.
I thank you so much for watching my videos and spreading the word. It means a lot to me. I love hearing your recovery stories and how I've helped! :) Simple yet so effective. The body is so much more intelligent than any human being - give it the correct environment and it will do it’s job.

This is the best video on CFS recovery. I also can't stop laughing. There is something about your serious and wise tone and your cat. It's really the best. The cat leaves for emphasis when you talking about bs social media. Excellent.

Not calming down the body so it can relax and heal is I would say the biggest reason for most chronic health issues.. It is not about supplements, diets or whatever. It is about calming the fuck down. So the body can actually say "ok now I can just rest and detox everything, regenerate tissues, digest this food in my stomach etc.." It looks easy, but for most people living crazy hectic life it is basically impossible..

It makes perfect sense !! We’re used to getting that dopamine hit from exterior sources. I think we’re a bit addicted. Great reminder. Be Zen. Hope you’re doing well. Thanks!

I am still not letting go of my phone but I'm really getting comfortable with the idea of being without it, of being with myself. Oh that I have become uncomfortable with myself. What a pity. No amount of preparation can ready me for it, I have to dip into the water to actually feel that I'll be okay. Edit: adding more thoughts on this: Thinking back to my childhood when I loved to rest, to sit back and disappear into my thoughts get them all arranged and analyse myself. It used to be really relaxing and I liked spending time in my mind. I think this is why I used to think of myself as a deep thinker, I just used my time arranging what I knew so that it will be easy to get what i want from a neatly arranged memory shelf. We do not spend enough time on things for our brain to collect these memories anymore. Going from one awe inspiring moment (social media) to another, we are not truly dwelling and mulling on what we come across. Pausing neatly observing what we are coming across. Its almost like we are not living in the moment, relishing it. No amount of pondering on this can make me go back to that time. I have to let go of the greater awe inspirers and observe the lesser awe inspirers no matter how underwhelming it will be. The moment my eyesight, my mindsight becomes familiarised to the lesser awe inspirers I am sure to find comfort in it, or at least no longer find discomfort in it. That's a good start that will definitely lead to a well-led life in the end.

Unfortunately, I have to work 8 hours day at a computer, to survive. It sucks. I feel utterly trapped in life. A vicious cycle of illness and coping mechanisms to get through.

What work do you do? I know it’s tough but you have to try and change your perspective to get out of that trapped feeling. Make your time outside of those hours count and think long term. It won’t be like this forever if you create a plan and try to see things in a positive light as it only helps you. Being in that trapped feeling causes more stress
