Rory Ellis is a the owner of Rorman Strength and the inventor of the Megalith lever arm handles. He is a local Middle Tennessee guy that’s loves training and perusing strength in his garage gym. We met up this day because we are both training for the upcoming Strongman Throwdown at Home Gym Con April 27th 2004. Flags and Banners are the Way! I just did That so I don’t have unfinished walls. If I was going to build a separate space or stand alone gym I would probably paint the walls gray and get some cool lighting
