Same here brother like take that 351 Windsor and make it into a 427 Windsor with some ported and polished Aluminum Trickflow heads, Eldbrock Dual plane Aluminum intake manifold (also ported and polished) with a Holley Street avenger Carburetor with the emission junk deleted, a good mild street cam and add Longtube headers and full custom Magnaflow dual exhaust and man that Ranchero will be flying with over 470 HP with some good low end torque.

to open a filter without a cutter. sometimes you can use a regular can opener..for real.. you just turn it sideways and go around a couple times, also a pipe cutter that opens wide enough, but they are expensive, but an exhaust cutter (the one that looks like a chain and wraps around the pipe) works good too, and are not too expensive. you may need to be inventive on how to hold it steady if you dont have a vice. a buddy will do. if you need to use a saw just cut a good scoreline around the can then put it on the ground and hit the edge with a hammer, itll pop open and with some leather or cut proof gloves wiggle it the rest of the way off...
