Pr confirmation portal photo issues

I am a Canada work permit holder. At the end of July 2023, I applied for PR. I received the PR portal on February 5, 2024, but as of now, I haven't received the COPR. However, I have to leave Canada for two weeks at the end of April. If: I receive the COPR before leaving Canada for Hong Kong but haven't received the actual PR card, and don't have enough time to apply for a PRTD. I receive the COPR/PR confirmation while in Hong Kong. In both of these scenarios, how should I re-enter Canada? Thank you

How to contact ircc if I received eCOPR of different applicant in my pr portal..On ircc page everything is correct from my UCI to ecopr document number but when I download the ecopr from my pr portal it shows details of another applicant.

I did everything that was said to be the right way...including resizing at 50mm x 70mm....changing the pixel but what I keep getting is the 'your photo is being validated' message ... like it is uploading. It does this for hours and nothing!

What browser are you using? I have the same problem as you. It does the same with my other family members's photos as well

@@wicusconradie I've used Brave , Chrome...none seem to work. I got fed up , and just today went and got physical pics to mail out my application. I hope it works for you at some point 🙄

Ok I managed to get it to work. I booted into Ubuntu, and used Firefox inside Ubuntu. I managed to submit all required photos, and the "validation" took about 10 seconds everytime.

Hi. I am having issues with "type of photo" option just above the "upload photo" option. It looks like they want us to select an option but its greyed out. Please help

Yes, but some of my friends did the same unfortunately their photo got rejected
