Thanks for this video. Really insightful. Ive recently started consuming whey protein (about 2-3 weeks ago) as part of my weight loss program and Ive felt it has been beneficial in my journey so far until yday when my liver function test showed a spike in ALT to 98 from 44 (6 months ago). Would such a spike be possible due to whey protein alone esp since Ive only started consuming 2-3 weeks ago.

പ്രോട്ടീൻ കഴിച്ചു, 2 week (ON GOLD STANDARD) , ഭയങ്കര വയറു വേദന+ gas ട്രബിൾ... 4 days നിർത്തി ഇടയ്ക്ക് നല്ല പനിയൂം കൂടെ വയറിനു പണിയും കിട്ടി. body ഫുൾ down aayi.. പിന്നെയും ഒരു scoop try ചെയ്ത് പിറ്റേന്ന് same repeat..peotein consumption നിർത്തി.. ഇന്ന് cratinine test ചെയ്ത്.. normal ആണ് 1.2 Mb യുടെ creatine monohydrate order ചെയ്തു. ഇനി അത് consume ചെയ്താൽ എനിക്ക് എന്ത് ആവുമെന്ന് അറിയിക്കാം..😅

ഇത് rare ആണ്. ഒരു scoop കഴിയ്ക്കുന്ന ആൾ ആണ് ഞാൻ. ഒരു പ്രശ്നവും ഉണ്ടായിട്ടില്ല. പാൽ ഉത്പന്നം ആയതിനാൽ ഗ്യാസ് ഉണ്ടാകാം. Exercise ചെയ്യുക.

My wife is taking Whey protein Kabi Pro for past 6 months after undergoing Bone Marrow Transplantation for Leukaemia relapse and Monoclonal Antibody treatment for second relapse.Her Creatinine level is at 0.6. LFT test shows elevated SGPT and SGOT which are coming down gradually as Liver supportive medication are also given. Patient is being reviewed and monitored on weekly basis by the Transplant physician. Her weight is yet to improve as weight loss also occurred during skin GvHD which is in a decreasing curve. Whether continuous consumption of whey protein is useful or can cause some harm ?
