This is so interesting Ruth. I don't have Focal Dystonia and I don't actually play an instrument. However, I do have problems with attachment and attunement due to childhood trauma. It's seems that I can use your techniques to heal this? Since starting to become aware of my body from the inside, I have triggered illness. Body aches, swollen glands, headaches. Is this a clearing do you think? I have had spoken therapy for a year but feel I need to accept my body internally and come home. I am also hoping to lose some weight as I reconcile that I no longer need it as a protection. Thanks for these videos.

Hello, is attunement another way of saying being mindful?
@FocalDystoniaCure2 жыл бұрын
You could think of it as interrelated. You use your mindfulness to become attuned and as you do that you become increasingly adept at being mindful.
