I struggle with accepting my life as it is because I know I can do better and I want better and I deserve better. But the resistance in accepting it is adding suffering to my experience and it’s overwhelming. This meditation helped me become aware of where I hold my resistance physically in my body. My chest, throat, and forehead. Which made me think of the chakras and where my belief system emotionally and spiritually needs to change. I thank you for this. Someone in the comments mentioned that they are thankful for receiving this free gift because some of us cannot afford therapy. I just wanna second that motion. THANK YOU for making this available 🥰

An important note on Acceptance: Acceptance does not mean avoidance of matters and circumstances that cause harm to ourselves and others, nor does it mean that accountability for causing said harm should not occur. It simply means that we acknowledge that these things are happening and should be addressed accordingly. Failure to consider this will almost assure that the same things will continue to occur, under an incorrect understanding of what acceptance means in this matter.

I just want to say thank you. I have complex ptsd and accepting things is a real struggle for me. So is even remaining present. My whole mind AND body constantly want to escape, and they will find ways with or without me! As I did this meditation, I shed tears almost the whole time, but they are cleansing tears. I didn't have to hate them or be mad at them. I am going through an incredibly hard time in my life right now. Everything I've ever gained seems to have been lost, and everything I thought I knew about myself seems to be changing. Yes, that's how life is, but I am a effing idealist! 😆 So accepting what is just doesn't happen! But starting today, I am making a new plan to regularly practice mindfulness. Thank you. So much. I think it's really going to help. For the first time in an entire year, I'm hopeful.

While I was listening to this I was trying to relax and stretch while sitting on the floor. Started thinking about yoga and started to think that its so wonderful that we still get amazing help for free. Some of the meditation videos are better than seeing a therapist. And we dont have to travel to get these mini sessions and they're very effective and valuable. I just wanted to say thank you for all the youtubers who create these resources for all of us! 💕💕💕 "without darkness, we are unable to know light"

I have chronic pain syndrome and have just found that acceptance is really the only way forward. Distraction and replacing bad thoughts with good ones are not really sustainable, they are ok short term but long term it just doesn't work because you expect things to change in a more dramatic way than they are ever likely to, accepting what you feel from day to day is so different. I am actually feeling better than I have done for a while just by accepting how I feel from day to day, my stress and anxiety levels are much lower so I feel better. Many thanks for your efforts to help people like myself, peace and love 🙏💖🙏💖

I know how that feels. I have chronic pain and my hands are partly disabled. Disability is spreading in other parts of my body as time goes by, nobody knows what happens next. I don't know if I am able to walk few years a head. I suffer from anxiety because who wouldn't in these circumstances. I can only choose my attitude, the rest I have to accept.

I am 19 and have been struggling with depression and cptsd for a couple years now. I started learning about manifestation, healing, and other spirituality about 2 years ago. But I have spiritually bypassed to try and create a life that I know I deserve. But in the process, I have invalidated my own trauma and feelings, which has in turn made my own mental and emotional health worse. I have been struggling with feelings of heaviness, and not feeling anything for too long, and this video allowed me to cry, which I much needed, Thankyou.

This meditation could not have come at a more perfect time. I'm a Mindfulness and Life Coach, as well as a Reiki healer. I am participating in a girl's empowerment group in July, and have been preparing for that. I'm going to talk to them about self acceptance, but with a focus on using a range of mindfulness techniques. I refer to KZbin because of course, young girls and women love watching videos. I explain there are beneficial ways to use social media platforms to promote self growth. I am going to refer them to this video! Everything about it from the language to the length is great for the age group I'll be speaking to ☺️ I would just love to thank you for your videos! The Mindful Movement became a big part of my healing journey, and continues to be where I turn for everything, you guys have a video for whatever I seem to be going through! I wish you continued success so that you can help others find their inner peace. I really appreciate all that you do!

I am thankful for you and I hope my daily efforts will pay favourably.
