Great to see a legend in the industry mention the power of emotion in visualisations. This seems to get forgotten many times and people think visualisation alone will bring them success. Visualisation is only one way to gain control of the emotions needed for success. There are much more direct methods that don't lose their impact over time.

I've read many Hindu/Tibetan texts and have followed the teachings of some of our Hindu Yogis. Although they tell us to do the opposite(visualize but don't add emotions to liberate yourself from that particular manifestation), according to them, Brian Tracy is absolutely correct. The problem however is....it is not at all easy to visualize with our eyes closed. It takes lifetime of practice. Visualization can be graded from weak visualization to very strong visualization. Yogis, sadhus, holy-men did the very strong kind of visualizations and they could materialize anything instantly out of thin air. Average people who claim they can visualize are on the weaker spectrum of visualization. That's why it takes us 30-90 days goal setting period to manifest something.

Write down the vision everyday in the AM and before bed. Think from it not of it. Smile as you enjoy your vision. Describe the details in your mind and recreate it over and over like a movie scene rehersal.

Wow the second you mentioned the law of attraction I just smiled. This has been in the back of my mind and I've known about it since December and I find it hilarious that everytime I think about it, the law of attraction gets mentioned in the videos that randomly I stumble across. Your just another great guy and I wish I was like you. I wish. I need to be like you so I can be stress free

For all the people complaining about his hands movements... it's a pretty common way to retain the attention of the audience. I know for increasing watch time on youtube videos, it's a good tip to move your hands as it makes you more animated and a little less "Talking head." It may be annoying to some but if you are seeing it and being annoyed, that means you stuck around and are watching which means... it worked :-)

People you want the real secret to success write a book on how to followed by KZbin vids and DVDs and tell everyone this is the secret ....and as for the minds eye the real secret is your minds eye is simply your imagination there's no secret besides telling lies that there's a secret ...but my opinion is all these guys try to help others so I'm happy that they give.

I said this above but I'll repost it here, "I've found it much harder to do first person but also more effective. Perhaps the work it takes to put yourself in the situation you have not attained, causes you to feel the sensations internally and helps intensify the visualization."

Many years ago, when I was single, I was crazy about a girl. I knew she knew, so she ignored me. I happened to read about, Visualisation from a book I got in the library. I done what it said on the can, and the some more. There was a dance coming up, I knew she'd be there. So I hired a model for one hour, and stood at the bar, (I don't drink) and told the model to fussing over me. Trying in a couple of kisses. Two days later, I got a call from her, asking me out. A year after we were married, I let her in on the trap. Visualisation, Visualisation.

I find all the hand motions he uses as some type of NLP or something ridiculously obvious, and distracting rather than helpful, even offensive. As an adult I think we are all capable of absorbing the information without the smoke and mirror non verbal cues.
