@@craigireland4596 Hey Craig :-) This actually did my heart good to hear this. Thank you. I know the region at one time, the home of algerbra I believe, but years of war and strife has taken a toll. ISIS in their sweep has done untolled damage to some of the most meaningful architecture. It is a complicated region with many layers that is so very different from our own. I dated someone who lived in Jordan (her family was Palestinian but she was born in Canada). Her father, who had a PhD and lectured here, owned an olive orchard overlooking the Black Sea. What I would give to walk with that man through his trees and listen to his stories.

No one is saying they can’t demonstrate but they should do it outside of class and in another designated place of their arrangement without taking it out on people who are least able to do anything about it. They are not helping anyone or stopping anything just their own futures. Just because they want to trash their own education and future prospects out choice doesn’t mean others can or want to. It is not the sole issue of importance happening in the world right now.
