I was literally about to comment how Chris should be bigger for the amount of time he's spent in the gym.. just having a friend pass along 5 or 6 things, that I had no idea were important, made me feel like I was finally getting my money's worth at the gym.. also, I decided on my own, to always hit the treadmill first, bc cardio is a pain in the ass, it's the easiest to ignore, but at the end of the day, it's the most important.
