Hello:) At kapalbhati : is inhalation through the nose during exercise?

There are two types of Kapalbhati. In the traditional hot yoga class it is an inhale and exhale through the mouth. The inhale happens "automatically". But other classes it is solely through the nose. Due to covid we have modified this as well to be exhales through the nose. The best thing is to do a sharp exhale burst and immediately relax the belly.. allowing the inhale to occur. They are quick bursts.
