I understand what you mean Ivan. Mula bandha can feel more accessible at the end of the exhale. I'd encourage you to exhale fully, activate mula bandha, keep it lifted and use the power of the inhale to help the jump through. This is just what works for me, and Guruji also says in Yoga Mala that, in general, the odd-numbered vinyasas are linked to inhalations. Do what works for you!

I can't inhale when I jump,I try but not work for me,I am exhaleling and mula banda work good when I jump.
