That tip about trying to kick the poll seems super helpful! I just started trying to learn the hip lock and it's so frustrating! You're video was super helpful in breaking down all the steps involved. I can't wait to get back to my aerial class and try it out again!

Hi👋💜 I love your aerial silk videos❤ At what age did you start aerial, did you ever perfor in public and for how many hours do you work each day ?😘
@UniqueAerialists5 жыл бұрын
Hi, thank you! I started aerial when I was 21 (I'm 28 now), I have done some public performances in the past but it isn't where my passion lies. I teach for between 15 and 30 hours a week, usually 5 or 6 hours a day. I train aerial for around 2 hours a couple of times a week if I have time :)

Hello nice video but i was wondering where your mattress is from and how much did it cost? And can you use a normal sleeping mattress?
@UniqueAerialists5 жыл бұрын
Hi the brand is Blitzsport and I think it was around £500. It's not recommended to use a mattress as they're not made out of the right material :)

Hey, I love your videos. I am trying to get silks in my back yard but I am having trouble with measurements. What would you recommend for the height of a stand.( I am a beginner and I love to do all of the drops. I am planning a n getting really good at the silks to.)

A 15ft or so would do the trick. Sorry I’m quite late
