[Ingredients]
Chicken Wings
Prawn Paste 1 and half tbsp
Garlic Paste 1tbsp
Ginger 1tbsp
ShaoXing Chinese Cooking Wine 1tbsp
Sesame Oil 1tsp
Pepper half tsp
Sugar half tbsp
Corn Flour
All-purpose Flour
Soda Powder
[Steps]
Preparation of Deep-Fry Coating
*Prawn Paste 1 and half tbsp
*Garlic Paste 1tbsp
*Ginger 1tbsp
*ShaoXing Chinese Cooking Wine 1tbsp
*Sesame Oil 1tsp
*Pepper half tsp
*Sugar half tbsp
Mix well
Preparation of Chicken Wings
*Wash the wings and soak in salt water for 20min
*Pat dry
【Steps for Recipe 1】
Marinate the chicken wings with deep-fry coating and leave them for min 2 hrs
Mix 1 cup of corn flour, 1 cup of all-purpose flour and half tsp of soda powder
Coat the chicken wings and leave them to dry for 10~20min
Deep fry in oil of 160 degrees until light yellow in colour
Deep fry the wings in oil of 180 degrees for a few seconds
Done
【Steps for Recipe 2】
Add into the deep fry coating paste with 1 cup of corn flour, 1 cup of all-purpose flour and half tsp of soda powder
Marinate the wings for min 2 hours
Deep fry in oil of 160 degrees for 1~2min, until the wings are red
Done
