INGREDIENTS:
For marinade -
Prawns: 200 grms
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
For masala -
Coriander seeds - 3 tsp
Black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Fenugreek seeds - 1/4th tsp
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Poppy seeds - 1/4th tsp
Curry leaves - 1 string
Ghee - 1 tsp
Kashmiri red chili - 7
Tamarind - small piece
Garlic - 1 whole (if small)
Soaked cashew - 7 - 8
Water as needed
Ghee roast preparation -
Ghee - 6 tsp
Grinded masala
Half cooked prawns
Curry leaves - 1 string
Salt as needed
Jaggery - 1/2 tsp
