I think you should try/switch to "Carbon-Ti" chainring, they use carbon for the chainring body but aluminum on the teeth, so it should be have longer lifespans than full carbon teeth.

Thank goodness you found a 54 chain ring. Sometimes on my heavy 2sp C line the 54 is barely enough on the flat. The T line stock 50 c/set is woefully under geared, like putting a VW Polo engine in a Ferrari. Def deal breaker for me, that, and the rather large cost.

My hesitation is that I also want to customize the T-line just like yours. What you did is astounding. With every video you are transparent with your knowledge and equipment. The problem is that I've never worked on a bicycle before. Heck, changing a tire would be intimidating for me. That's OK., I can go slow. Just put one foot in front of the other. The T Line is easier to work on than the P, C or A line. The frame hinges are on bushings so they are easy to change unlike the P, C or A. I bought mine direct from their website and it is called the Zayante Carbon Armset. I chose it in 160mm length. The other parts are in the description. You will need the spider ring in either 110BCD or 130BCD depending on your preference. I have them both since I recently added this crankset to my superlight as well. The dust cover spacers you will need to use will depend on your chainring setup. You will simply have to try on the different spacers. My superlight is using the 2mm dust cover spaces on both sides. I know someone with the P line that said they are using the largest dustcover spacer on the crankarm side and no space on the other side. Praxis has a technical support email on their website and they are responsive, so please ask them if you have any issues. Good luck!

I'm sorry carbon cranksets need to stop. They will not last. Stay with alloy metals or steel. 100 miles and those teeth will be shot. Metal chain on carbon teeth one will grind the other and it won't be the chain. Carbon is good for frames etc. But not a good idea for chainrings.

@@BromptonFamilyTime it's good you only use it as a weekend bike. But let the people know how long it lasts until you'll need a new chainring? Carbon is a good material for frames. Seat posts. Handlebars and even wheels. Just not good as a working moving part like a chain ring if the other part is metal. It would probably work with a belt drive quite well.
