Love the Workout -Great Sweat! I like that you incorporate basic boxing drills with the exercises. This helps me work on my conditioning while also practicing proper body mechanics for the techniques. Most coaches only do one. They either work combos or they run calisthenics, usually throwing in the conditioning exercises at the end of a practice. I like how you put them all together. Please post some more workouts like this!

I did the first workout posted for 6 days straight for an hour thinking that they aren't tough on the body.. boy was I wrong! I had to take another few days just to rest! 3 sets a day first thing in the morning is plenty of work with these. Really enjoy these workouts and it's dynamic movements! Rock on!

Coach, barely alive after all 3 but feeling AMAZING!! I personally fiend for these types of conditioning workouts, pushing me to my cardio limit. You do a fantastic job guiding your students and always say the right things. Thank you for this workout Coach. I will definitely run this routine again and again with the hopes of improvement. Done this workout method yesterday and can tell you that i sweat like a lemon. it is a great big challenge for all i box for about 6 years and i was out for 1 year... it is hard when you get back to begining but i did it and this basic combos did a great job Keep Punching Brother. 🥊

Love that there’s a lotta different exercises with a short amount of time doing them and 3 rounds is an awesome goal and accomplishment for anyone wanting to challenge themselves. Can see what exercises were good at and work on the ones that are more difficult. Love your style . Very motivating and fulfilling.

Just my two cents, I don't think its good for the algorithm to post a premier at a low traffic time like 4 AM because it will hurt the video's performance if the premiere doesnt do well because its 4am.

im very unfit compared to a few months ago and have been getting my assed kick in sparring because of it and i believe this routine will be how i conquer my gas tank issue thanks jason i'm gonna focus on this and technique for 6 weeks and tapering off and then re-enter my MMA training hopefully with a renewed level of fitness my goals just to be able to handle 3 rounds of 5 minute sparring.

This was awesome!! It really kicked my butt and i love this type of training. I only have one question: does this type of workout also help to develop muscle? I dont really care about gaining mass, but as a boxer id like to get stronger and more durable, not only in terms of cardio but also muscle endurance. If anyone can give me their opinion i would like to hear it. (sorry if its not too clear, english its not my first language)

I like how modular this one is. Some days I have the time to do the whole thing, others I only have time to do one or two rounds, but this one gives me something to do no matter if I have 15 minutes or the full time. On short days, I can just do the exercises through the rest period to up the intensity, or use egg weights, or switch southpaw/orthodox. This one, and Super Psycho Rounds, are my go-to morning workouts. I've done one or the other every day for the last 4 months to wake up. Thanks for the great content!
