Cycling back through Vol 2...oh man this was a tough one (specifically the E3MOM). I used a 20kg for the entire workout. Used the 20KG bell for first two rounds of the E3MOM (although round two, I got 5 total lunges to press). R3 I used a 18kg and went for 6 reps of the lunges/press; R4 I did 7 reps of lunges/press; R5 got all reps in. Was smoked after. Thanks for everything Mike. My life is so much better and more enjoyable because of the shape I'm in due to your workouts.

Just finished. Smoked again. 16kg bell for snatch work. 24kg bell or everything else. Total burner. Great work!out

That 3min EMOM was BRUTAL!!! I almost didn’t do that 5th round but saw you pushing through so I pressed rewind and finished it out. Used a 24KG for the first part of the workout and then a 20KG for the EMOM. Next time going to aim for 24KG the entire workout. Keep em coming!!! ✌️

Nothing scares me more than seeing him suffering in the intro!!! If he’s joking teasing everyone that they’re gonna make it I know I’ll be OK but when he can’t talk out of breath that’s when I know I’m in trouble!!

Started last 5 rounds with 24kg. Had to skip the mtn climbers. Second set had to skip the lunge part and just turned it into a press. By third set all I could do was snatch burpee and overhead presses and only had 20 seconds on the clock. Was still the workout of my life , keep up the brutality!!!

I was sweating so much just after the plank portions. Used 30lbs for the 3min EMOM but didn’t get to the mountain climbers each round - did them after it was all done tho. Wow this was killer - thank you!!

TOTAL SAVAGE!!! 16kg throughout. Love burpee snatch 😈❤️💪🏼! Ever since you posted a short demo on the burpee snatch a while ago I wondered when we were going to see it in a workout! Oh yes It was lit 🔥 today! Lunge press was not fun… but it was necessary. Also love the 5 min planks, right in my wheelhouse 😜! Thank you for a crazy workout! 👍🏼💪🏼

I’m so grateful for you and these workouts. I’m good at my own programming but these add the extra layer of coaching and motivation. Used 45lb for first round and 35 for the last. Lunge to press was the hardest part easy... Thanks again!

Wow 🤮 💪what just happened?? I was able to maintain a consistent 14kg for the swings, snatches, burpee snatches and 16kg for all lunge exercises, except for the last EMOMS I had to scale down to just 14kgs. Thank you for these amazing workouts Mike! Still don’t know how you are able to talk through those 5 minute planks.

10 lunges both sides with a press was not realistic for me 😂. I did 5 it was perfect. 24kg with a little 16kg mixed in

Rough one after too many weeks off. 5 min of planks? Evil. Had to scale the EMOM3 to 3/6/20. Good way to kickstart getting back into the 'swing' of things though. 😜
