Here is absolute Biblical proof that God does NOT cause or determine everything; In Jeremiah 19:5 God says, “They have built the high places of Baal to burn their children in the fire as offerings to Baal-something I did NOT COMMAND or mention, nor did it enter my mind.” 2nd Peter 3:9 says, “The Lord is…not willing that ANY should perish but that ALL should come to repentance.” and yet, it also has Jesus saying, "Broad is the road that leads to destruction (hell) and many are on it, but straight and narrow is the road that leads to life (Heaven) and few ever find it."

It does and it doesnt. If the mechanism by qwhich God saves a person was meant to be known by us, it would be made clear in scripture, but it is unclear. That suggests to me that no matter how much we want to know the extent of God's predestination, we cant.

Speaking to the OT since Satan is now bound post Jesus’ death; God allowed Satan/Evil to have his ways unbound to certain people/situations, thus, sin occurs. God is Holy, God is Truth, therefore, he is without sin. No sin from man is from God, however, God will allow it to happen when he withholds his common grace. God 100% predestines all things. God foreknew Judas would betray Jesus, but this does not excuse Judas from his free will to have chosen sin. Pharaoh hardened his heart towards the things of God. God foreknew it to be.
