This is my second time doing the 2 week challenge and I have absolutely loved it. I am 24 weeks with my first baby and these videos have been imperative in helping me stay active. I might now try the monthly routine to switch it up. Ps, you are so adorable and everyday I look forward to seeing you smile. I especially love when you tell me to pull my baby in because I’m still somewhat in shock that I’m actually pregnant. Thanks for everything! :)

Just finished this challenge at 35 weeks and 2 days! I integrated it with online spin classes so it took a little longer than 14 days but baby and I are feeling great! These videos and your energy have really helped through the third trimester. I cannot thank you enough! ❤️

And the challenege is done by 40w 0d! I enjoyed so much the dancing with you and my belly, of course I couldn’t keep the pace every time… now only patience and occasionally inducing yoga exercises left for me and my baby. Thank you Jessica!!

Week 33 here, I couldn't do most of the mat part but I improvised with an exercise ball and it worked great! I feel SO GOOD RIGHT NOW! I'll be doing the rest of the 14 day series as well! Thanks, great video!

I just finished this challenge and I am so extremely proud of myself. It was an amazing experience. I am not one to work out, I’m more of a couch potato. But I challenged myself to get this done even with two babies at home and I just want to say thank you for always being so positive and having a smile on your face while you do these videos bc it made me smile and enjoy every moment! I definitely cried during the dancing a little bit (tears of joy) so thank you thank you Jessica! You are amazing and now I feel amazing too ❤❤❤

Hello from Thailand I exercise from your clips every day. Since I was 1 month pregnant, I'm now 6 months pregnant and it's been great. And I will keep exercising until I give birth. Even though I may not speak English well, I feel good and refreshed every time I exercise with you.

I am at 37 weeks and just finished this 14 day challenge for the third time! Thank you so much for your videos, I think it is thanks to these videos that my doctor says that I am ‘boringly perfect’ each time I go in for an appointment. First of all thank you for creating these videos. We need more of these zumba dance workout for pregnancy.. it has really been so refreshing and energetic.. this is my 34th week of pregnancy and ur videos i am following everyday. during the 9months of pregnancy such zumba low impact workouts will help us mommies to keep our spirits high and overcome any sort of anxiety or low moods that one goes through due to the bodily changes. Hi Jessica, I’m 34 weeks and have just finished your 14 day challenge for the second time ☺️ I had to skip a few like the barre one because I have pelvic pain and can’t wave my legs around separately but otherwise it was fine. I just finished all 14 days. (It took me closer to 4 weeks though.😬😂) I am almost 38 weeks pregnant with number 6 and this was the perfect level for me. I modified what I needed and really have felt good after each workout!❤️ thank you so much!

I am 6 months pregnant and have done about 100 of your videos so far, but I think this one was my favorite! I was actually tearing up during titanium because my endorphins were running so high. Can you post more dance videos like this please? Thanks for all that you do!

This dance workout was just what I needed to feel good and positive. 40 weeks + 3 days today and I had no idea waiting for a little one would be so emotional. Getting to dance and put my own flair to the styles helped me feel so much joy despite the waiting. Thank you!

I just wanted to say thank you for all of the great workouts you make to help moms stay healthy! I finished this challenge and it took me more than two weeks. Sometimes I used my workout time to nap instead and I don’t regret it 😁 But I also wanted to say that I’m 14+5 today and throughout the first trimester I was gaining weight a little too fast. During this challenge my weight gain leveled out and I was shocked when I stepped on the scale the other day and didn’t see much change at all. Thank you so so much and I can’t wait for the month challenge! I like Pilates routines a lot personally. And a LET IT ALL GO yoga to stretch and relax and breathe and just CHILL would be amazing! I’m pregnant with an unplanned iud baby with two toddlers already and the state of the world we live in… it’s just a lot and I can’t relax like I used to.

Just amazing workout. Not like others workouts that are very slow... it is ok that I dindt realy did every thing as you did, because i am not in the same great shape as you, but slowly i will get there! Thank you for this moment!

I am in the middle of this video and I needed to grab a sip of water.. 😁😅 but I felt an immediate urge to write to you - RIGHT NOW - that this video is a badass one and I just LOVE IT! It just made my day so much better and I am finally feeling happy dancing everything out with you (all the hormonal side effects etc 🤣😂😅). Anyhow...this whole challenge was fantastic and funtastic!!! I loved that each video was of a different kind and slightly demanding in its own way 😍😍😍🤩🤩🤩 Thank you for all the hard work and effort you put into your work! I did the postpartum challenge last year, so I decided to do these now that I'm working on my third pregnancy. I'm still in the first trimester, but these felt more challenging than the postpartum lol. Maybe it's the insane exhaustion I'm having. Good workouts though, I enjoyed it for sure.

I just did this video from this challenge , it was the first cardio workout for me in this pregnancy ( 8 weeks in) and I absolutely loved it - dance is my go to feel good activity and mid-workout I even cry / laugh ahahahah please can we have more dance workout ?! I admittedly stopped twice for water instead of once but I still feel very accomplished and it was fun!♥️
