I love this! I love that it added strength moves to the stretches. I don't have blocks and still enjoyed it. 10 weeks today and will come back to this regularly for sure!

This is really lovely, on the days I'm not doing an hour walk. I do a short cardio work out and this and a little baby mediation. Your yoga is so helpful morning sickness and fatigue had me out for two months it feels great to move again , thank you

I am having trouble with the sound volume. I have my TV on full blast and it's only for your video that there is very little volume. All my other KZbin videos don't have that issue. Is there any way for you to adjust the volume on your end?

I'm so sorry that you had a hard time doing it without blocks. Blocks definitely help make postures more accessible, especially during pregnancy. I double-checked the sound and it seems loud on my end 🤷♀️.

It’s not recommended that pregnant women not lay in their back after the first trimester. I had to stop doing this video because it was too uncomfortable trying to do the stretches laying on my back.

Hi Amy! I’m so sorry that the stretches became uncomfortable for you. Every pregnancy is so different. I did this type of stretching until the day my baby came. I have a gentle stretches video for the third trimester which might work better for you.
