Favourite prenatal yoga flow on KZbin so far! Into my 3rd trimester and finding a lot of prenatal yoga is very gentle, which I love and appreciate, but sometimes you want more movement and stretching! Also loved the guided flow with blocks which is helpful when your tummy is getting larger :). Thanks so much Brittany! Xx

Thank you! It's really nice to have a prenatal yoga video that's actually a flow and not just stretching. Also the variety of poses is really nice...it seems like all the other prenatal yoga videos I've watched focus on side stretching and hip stretching. I'm excited to try your other videos now 💖💖

Is there a reason why you need to use blocks or can you do it without?

They just make the poses more accessible...when you have a big pregnant belly it can be hard to reach the ground. Of course you can do it without.
