Not sure where you’re located but my local community college has scholarships that pay for real estate courses. I just started yesterday. Check with your local college. My son took his pre licensing class with Travis about 3 years ago and still raves about how amazing Travis was as a teacher. His school was my first choice until I came across this tuition free option. Best of luck!

This is wonderful even though I'm in another state. Those online courses are crap. I would never advise anyone to take online courses. We have 150 hours to do in Oregon. I LOVE that you repeat people's questions so we on the video know what they say. Oh the online course obviously sold my email and name as I'm getting bombarded with real estate ads now.

At 18:00, it's mentioned that you could come home to an oil rig in your back yard because you don't own the oil rights. I understand that owning the oil rights means the owner of those rights owns the oil, but does that give them the right to place a rig on someone's physical property to extract it? If yes, what are the limits to this? Does someone from Marathon come into your back yard with a hand-held auger and start drilling without your permission? Can Marathon crush your tulips as they're bringing in an excavator? Can Marathon demolish your house???

Fresnel Desarmes Unfortunately not. Massachusetts, like most, if not all states, require you to take a state approved course. While most of the things in these videos do apply to other states and can definitely benefit you, you would still be required to take an official course prior to being eligible to take the exam. There are online options for the required courses as well. Even if this course was designed specifically for Massachusetts, unfortunately, watching KZbin does not count as taking the course. Good luck. 😀

wouldn't a boat house be like a boat? the public doesnt own my boat just bc its in the water. ppl own house boats or floating homes that occupy public waterways. the water is public the property ends on the boat. ooohh, ok, now structural piles & things are a LOT different than floating anything...so i could see how that changes things.
