This 25 min pregnancy exercise class is designed to help ease the pain of varicose or sore legs and feet.
We start of getting the blood moving to protect the veins, then get down on the ground to get exercise in while taking the pressure off the veins.

Great Video! Forgive me for the intrusion, I am interested in your thoughts. Have you considered - Trentvorty Silken Legs Theorem (erm, check it on google should be there)? It is a smashing one of a kind guide for getting rid of varicose veins minus the normal expense. Ive heard some incredible things about it and my mate got amazing results with it.

Many thanks, I have been researching "what pain relief is best for varicose veins?" for a while now, and I think this has helped. Have you heard people talk about - Panacob Psychological Preeminence - (just google it ) ? It is a good exclusive product for discovering how to destroy your varicose veins without the hard work. Ive heard some super things about it and my mate got great success with it.

Thank you so much for this! I'm 23weeks and exactly like you, 3rd pregnancy but first time dealing with sever vein discomfort when standing or sitting. I really needed this workout (something with movement but not heaps of standing). I can see i'm going to be using it a lot! Thank you!

I took such a huge sigh of relief when I found this video and followed along. Im finding walking difficult and I didn't know what exercises I could do, I've only been struggling with varacose veins for a week but already the limitations were getting me down. These are brilliant and I feel completely safe doing them... Thank you for sharing this video, it's given me a lot of relief and hope! Xx

Thank you so much for this video I am almost 24 weeks and really struggling with varicose veins, swollen legs, ankles and feet. This helped thank you I do your Pilates/yoga everyday I love them. I am definitely going to try and get time to get my feet up on the wall each day as I am really busy on my feet for 12 hours a day. Thank you again xx

Thank You so much for your video! I did it while I was pregnant with my fifth baby. I had really bad varicose veins. Towards the end of my pregnancy I started taking a magnesium supplement called Calm by natural vitality. It made the biggest difference in my veins. Most of the pain from them was gone in 3 weeks. I buy it for every pregnant woman I know. I still take it every day and my baby is 6 months old. It really helps!!!!

Thanks for this video. I had vein treatment about 1.5 years before pregnancy and I am in my twenties so I am surprised I had vein issue already. These exercises are just what I need to prevent the swelling I remember all too well even more pregnancy! I am almost 30 weeks and I think exercises like this are keeping my vein issues at bay.

So grateful for this! Starting to notice varicose veins down there and I was so scared I would have to give up all exercise. I'm sorry you've dealt with them but there is some comfort in knowing that you have had this issue and made it through your pregnancy okay. I took progesterone with this pregnancy, I wonder if that is a reason they have showed up so early this time. I'm only 15 weeks.

Thank you I don’t have any problem (yet) with my veins but I do all I can to prevent I have been doing yoga for very long now and with the pregnancy I need to go back in my practice and adjust some moves I am now 16 weeks and happy that I found this channel Thank you!!

yes, the exercises helped! My veins improved 95% after birth :) Now 3 years postpartum they are getting a little worse again, but nothing like during pregnancy and totally manageable.

Ani Re Thank you so much for your comment! You can do these exercises all the up until your delivery (as long as doctor says prenatal yoga is OK). I stopped doing kegals at 36 weeks though and focused on relaxing and opening my pelvic floor after that 👌 How many weeks are you now?

Thank you for video ! Did you wear stocking during pregnancy ? Today I found out I had a varicose and I am 20 weeks pregnant. I afraid I will struggle with this next third trimester 😢. Summer is coming, how can I wear stocking whole summer😭

А A Thanks so much for watching! I’m sorry you are struggling with varicose veins.. it’s so terrible. I did wear compression stockings as much as possible. I ended up laying in bed often and I was able to take them off when I was laying on my left side ...

Hi.. there m 27 weeks pregnant with veins in both legs.. its so painful.. i feel throbbing, numbing, sore ... ect.. is it possible for me to deliver naturally or im gonna end up with lots of pain with the labour pain! How did u deliver your baby? Did your veins go after your delivery or took long time? Did u treat then or not yet?

I’m soooo sorry... I remember how terrible and painful they were. I actually had a c-section scheduled because I was worried about the pressure from pushing, but then my baby came too quickly and I delivered naturally. I had my midwife put pressure on the worst part while I was pushing. For my third, I did the same thing and it was okay. After a few months they were 80% better so I haven’t had treatment yet, but I likely will at some point in the future. Sending you a big virtual hug...you are so strong and can get through this 💞

Is this safe for 1st trimester? 8 weeks pregnant but have Factor V Leiden, so preventing clotting is key. My legs keep getting really swollen and uncomfortable already. So need a flow for circulation 🧘‍♀️

Hi Saleema, yes, in fact that's what I had. Down my right leg too, but the worst was vulvar. I'm sorry..I know how terrible it is. I also wore compression underwear and tried to lay on my left side as much as possible (I got a meal service delivery and got family to help out as much as possible). When I was in the shower I would bend over and that would take the pressure off. On the plus side, it got 90% better after I delivered!

@@PregnancyandPostpartumTV your response means so much to me. I'm in agony and so worried it might burst. I'm under a homeopath and seeing a chiro. I'm getting compression socks next week too and using essential oils. Do u have any other advice for me. I'm still on my feet through the day.

@@saleemadawood6965 Yes, I was so worried mine would burst. My doctor actually schedule a c-section because he was worried too, but then she came so quickly I had a natural birth. My midwife pressed on my vein while I pushed and it was fine :) I used the V-2 compression underwear, but I also would find it too tight and would switch to 2 pairs of tight g-string which was supportive as well. www.amazon.ca/Its-You-Babe-Supporter-Small/dp/B00006D2R8. Can you get a doctors note to be off your feet (I got one and did modified work). Sending a big virtual hug...I know it's horrible....it will get better after

😢I’m 36 weeks pregananr today and I have had one vein burst 3x and so much blood loss I ended up at the ER. I’m greatful i came across your video and I’m hoping I can continue a vaginal delivery as well . My drs scheduled a c section but Do you think it’s possible for me to recover from this and continue to do vaginal delivery ? Im grabbing those compression undies rn !!!

Yep, it's unbelievable to watch my veins fade away into nothing, as the days go by. And talk about forgetting about the pain! Look, it's not for everyone, but after go’ogling Mabel Ridenbel's Vein Solution my legs have never been healthier after 4 weeks.

oh Mathu! I so feel for you! Vulvar vericose veins are the WORST! I wore compression underwear, and tried to lay on my left side (mine was worse on my right side) and then I did exercises like these. I really tried to lay (or at least sit with my feel elevated as much as possible. If I had to stand I would bend over (like in the shower) which took some pressure off while I didn't have the compression underwear on. Big hug...you can get through this (good thing those babies are so adorable!)

@@PregnancyandPostpartumTV thank u and love u sooooo much for ur postive words... am relieved a little to hear from someone who delivered successfully with this problem.. am still in my second trimester and it started getting worse already .... it's taking a toll on my whole left side including legs ... Am just wearing compression stockings and doing exercises .. hope these don't interrupt during delivery.. pls suggest me if I can go for walking and squatting in my third trimester.. again thanks a bunch😘

@@mathusiva8035 My doctor said that walking, yoga and movement was good. I wore my compression underwear and stockings when I did it. For squatting you will have to see if it causes throbbing or too much pressure on the vein. I was very careful towards the end. I limited my squatting, Some poses I would do and hold my vein that was mostly bothering. Or modify to do poses from a supine (laying down position).

Hi! 36 weeks pregnant and w severe vulvar varicosities. To the point where one burst 3x and has it get stitched ..hoping I can still part take in these excerices and get more insights from others experiencing and dealing with these same issues thank you for the amazing video and tips I started today and I really felt a good stretch hopefully I can continue pain free. Can you drop a link with the type of underwear you wore during it might help me out a lot ! I just have a pair of compressions leggings I bought from Amazon but I am looking for stockings and underwear that can help
