A strong but safe 30-minute yoga flow sequence that is perfect for building strength and maintaining tone in your legs throughout your pregnancy. Starts with a warm-up and then focuses on a series of standing poses that will challenge you in a safe way.
Building up leg strength is perfect for preparing for an active labor.
This is a great sequence to practice regularly throughout all trimesters but please stay safe and take breaks, drink water when needed. This is NOT recommended for women who are experiencing any complications in their pregnancy. Always check with your doctor or prenatal care provider before beginning any exercise program.
Level: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Trimesters

Love this, practised at 36 weeks pregnant, excellent lower body strength yoga and great for the mind too - trying to keep my mind calm and still whilst holding strong proses. Thank you Paula.

I had a hard time following this one, it seemed a lot faster than the others, but I enjoyed what I could figure out! I just had to pause and rewind a lot :)

Thank you for the free yoga practice. I didn’t find it to be quite what I was looking for. Not saying any changes are necessary as these are my personal preferences, but perhaps video would be better with soft music, a peaceful spa-inspired background, and less repetitive sun goddess poses. Just some things to consider. I also felt nothing during the hip stretches on the floor, not sure what they were meant to accomplish. Thanks anyway 😊

Hi, the different videos specify which trimesters the sequences are suitable for so please check the description. Everyone will be a bit different but it certainly gets harder and harder the later into the 3rd trimester you go. The 'Prenatal Yoga Flow for strengthening and toning the legs' is great for all trimesters and hopefully will take you right towards the end of your pregnancy. Enjoy & thanks for watching :)

In during i have bp hypertension so can i do this yoga???

Yoga is usually very beneficial for hypertension - I would go with more relaxing practices. This can be challenging for some people - perhaps start with one that has a more relaxed focus (the one for the lower back or any of the relaxation focused practices) and then see how you go. Hope that helps :)
